Wake up in Wenallt Cottage, a traditional Welsh stone holiday cottage set on the shore of Nantlle Lake, with views across the water to the mountains of Eryri. You’ll find us in the heart of the Nantlle Valley, one of Snowdonia’s quietest and most beautiful corners, and one of the closest bases to Snowdon itself.
Sleeping up to 6 across three bedrooms, with a cosy open fire, mountain and lake views from the kitchen and main bedroom, and a private garden looking out over the water, Wenallt Cottage is a relaxed base for families, couples and friends alike. Think slow mornings, muddy boots and paws, and evenings by the fire after a day on the mountain, at the beach or at the play area.

The Rhyd Ddu and Snowdon Ranger paths (some of the quietest routes up Wales’ highest mountain) are both around 10 minutes away.
Nantlle Lake sits directly behind the cottage, with a private residents’ seating area for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
Cycle Ffordd Brailsford Way, fish Nantlle Lake, walk the Snowdonia Slate Trail and visit the beach, zip wires and castles!
Outside tap for muddy paws, dog beds and food bowls all provided. Please consider nearby livestock.

Dinas Dinlle Beach (15 mins) – sandy beach with parking
Caernarfon Castle, Beddgelert, Mountain Railways and Greenwood Family Park all within easy reach.
